sold out

The New Year is here and everyone’s ready to RESET. Jessica along with our featured bestie, Marissa Karp, will explain why we should focus less on dieting and more on how we can digest better with healthier, sustainable habits and a better relationship with food. January’s DIET LESS, DIGEST MORE dinner will be hosted by NYC’s hottest new restaurant Opto! Accidentally GF and outrageously tasty. Skip the New Year’s resolutions, bring your bestie, and treat yourself to that gut health glow up for 2026!
